George V Specimen Cent 1924, Ottawa mint, KM28, SP65 Red PCGS. Bright copper-orange color enriches the surfaces with tinges of maroon-red patina meandering over both sides. A wonderful marvel of a coin, seemingly finer than the grade would suggest, and rare in Specimen format, but excessively so with the Red designation. The only other Red example at PCGS, the Belzberg coin (SP65 Red), was cataloged as having a largely "cherry-red" reverse. From The Prager Collection of Canadian Specimen Coins
