Anhwei. Dollar Year 24 (1898), L&M-204, Kann-53a, KM-Y45.2, VF Details (Artificial Toning, Chopmarked) NGC. Unfortunately we must disagree with the information on the holder for this coin. The toning is not artificial. This piece was kept in a classic, "Wayte Raymond," cardboard holder for over 60 years, developing the ring toning. As for the chopmark, there are a number of small reverse marks, and one noticeable gouge on the right side, between 3 and 4 o'clock, but no chopmarks.From The Robert Raymond Ruff Collection
