Victoria Proof Penny 1881, KM755, S-3954, Freeman-107 (R18), PR65 Red and Brown PCGS. Boldly struck and virtually flawless with woodgrained red-brown tone atop the glossy surfaces. Light red and green iridescence is noted on the reverse. Struck from the rarest die pairing of the date, with the obverse illustration of a "more hook nosed" Victoria and the so-called "heraldically colored" reverse. Very rare in Proof condition and obviously high-end for the grade. Krause catalog price(s) for this item: $25 in VF, $55 in EF, $250 in UNC.
