Peter I Novodel Polupoltinnik (1/4 Rouble) (1707), Kadashevsky mint, Bitkin-H729 (R2), Diakov-N2 (R2), AU58 NGC. Obv. Laureate and armored bust of Peter I right. Rev. Crowned double-headed Imperial eagle with date. The strike is bold, with the obverse displaying a natural striking cud between 9 and 11 o'clock. The surfaces display light contact marks, and hairlines, but the overall appearance is pleasing. A very rare issue, with the interesting striking error. Ex: Goldberg's Sale 14, June 2002, Lot 3288.
