Fr-5; KM-3. Sharply defined overall with pleasing golden-olive color, light hairlines and a touch of satin to the texture explain the NGC qualifier. Still bright with retained original luster, the surfaces remain dynamic when rotated under a light source. A very slight bowing to the flan would likely go unnoticed if not mentioned on the paper insert. A Mint State survivor that still has much to recommend it to budget minded numismatists.
