Collignon-1387. By Émile Rogat. 42mm. Obverse: Street battle of citizens and defending garrison with burning Bastille in the background, perimeter legend above, legend in exergue below; Reverse: Chateau de Vincennes in landscape setting, legend in exergue below. Pointing hand privy mark (1845-60). The unsigned obverse is a re-engraved copy of Jean-Bertrand Andrieu's earlier and well-known medal.
