Obverse: Draped bust of Marianne facing left, perimeter legend; Reverse: France, at left, awarding a victory wreath to a craftsman making a vase, standing at right; apprentice seated next to the craftsman; Inscribed escutcheon on laurel sprigs in exergue below.
