Obverse: France, standing and facing right, holding laurel branch in her right hand, pointing with her left and instructing an adjacent young man; accoutrements of historical weapons at their feet to the right, forest in the background, blank exergue below; Reverse: Military encampment, bicycle and tent in background at left, rifles resting vertically together in left mid-ground, accoutrements of war and sport in the center foreground, inscribed escutcheon below, soldiers, targets, and landscape in the background above.
