Honeycutt-875. Commissioned by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. Mintage: 2,000. Obverse: Lady Justice on rocky outcrop, legend around; Reverse: COLLEGE OF LAW in banner, scales, UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES around. The first example of this modern Philippines medal we can recall presenting. Cameo contrast resembles that of a proof, but NGC considers this piece to be Mint State.
