Obverse: Bernese bear passant to left, within decorative border; perimeter legend; Reverse: Standing figure of Adrian von Bubenberg, facing right, with outstretched left hand and right hand on sword hilt; perimeter legend. An interesting stylistic dichotomy is seen in this medal design with very traditional execution, including lettering, on the obverse, paired with a much more modern composition and lettering style on the reverse.
