Obverse: Arms of Küssnacht and Schwyz leaning on trees, landscape in background with church at left, legends below; Reverse: Kneeling crossbowman in forest, facing left, left hand on crossbow, right hand extended outward, legend below. A decidedly more modern medallic design than the Cantonal shooting medals of Schwyz issued just 13 years earlier. An attractive specimen with steel gray toning that augments the design details, and lovely russet toning gracing the reverse. Listed as "Rare" in Richter.
