Maximinus I Thrax (AD 235-238). Lot of two (2) AR denarii. Both laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right. Reverses: (1) Pax standing left, holding branch and scepter (RIC 12, RSC 31) // (2) Providentia standing left, holding wand over globe and cornucopia (RIC 20, RSC 75). Both well struck and lustrous. Choice Extremely Fine to Mint State, with scattered verdigris. From The Andre Constantine Dimitriadis Collection.
