Republic bronze pattern 4 Pesos 1862, Minted in England, KMPn3, PF63 Brown NGC. A choice specimen of this pattern issue, distinguished by the rosettes and stars in lieu of dots as stops of the legends. A few dark spots do not detract from a very attractive coin. The TA initials probably stand for the first and last letters in Tegucigalpa, since by 1862, the mint was in dreadful state and had no working assayer.
Estimate: 500-700 USD
