Token Culebra in Near Mint State, Eklund 1030, PT 700.05 (Plowman) is this 20 mm Zubieta & Pasos 5 Cents CuNi that obviously never reached circulation and retains near full brilliance. This is the only un-circulated CuNi token of the entire series we recall viewing. It was likely produced around 1904 which means that the 1903- 1904 actions "liberating" the Canal Zone region might have impeded its issuance.
