The Seleukid Kingdom - Antiochos Hierax (246-227 BC) - AR Tetradrachm (Abydos (?), 15.91 g) - Diademed head right / Apollo Delphios seated left on omphalos, long torch to inner left, XE and eagle in ex. (SC 844a / Houghton 651) - some encrustiation, good VF, an impressive coin in fine Hellenistic style
