Colombo, the 1/8 Doit "bazaroekken" made of half lead and half tin issued to relieve the shortage of doits. The first Lankan coin with Sinhala letters "Ath Mila". It has been pointed out that the Sinhala letters read "Ath Mila" which translates to Hand Value and not "Aka Mila"(1/8 Salli) as given in Scholten. R4 VF.
