The 100 Dollar denomination from the Bahamas are popular with collectors thanks to their high face value (they were the highest denomination issued at the time, and remain so today) and overall scarcity, with some varieties seldom available in uncirculated condition. Specimens such as this are a bit easier to find, but high grade examples are also scarce, and demand is generally high. This specimen for the 1965 issue is tied for finest in the PMG population report with just one other example.
