A dinner was held in Meikles Hotel, Salisbury, on 18 July 1967 to commemorate the first series of Rhodesian notes to be printed in Rhodesia. The note is enclosed with the invitation, menu and guest list from that evening. There is also a copy of the press release relating to the issuance of the new notes, and the whole group is enclosed in an envelope addressed to Mrs I.D. Smith, the attendee at the dinner.
