PHILISTIA (PALESTINE), Askalon. Mid 5th century-333 BC. AR Drachm (13mm, 3.49 g, 3h). Imitating Athens. Helmeted head of Athena right / Owl, with wings spread, standing facing; olive spray to upper left, 'aleph and nun (in Aramaic) to upper right; all within incuse square. Cf. Gitler & Tal III.1T (for similar tetradrachm); otherwise, unpublished in the standard references. Toned, rough surfaces. Good Fine. Extremely rare.
