KINGS of PARTHIA. Phraates IV. Circa 38/7-2 BC. AR Tetradrachm (31mm, 14.28 g, 12h). Seleukeia on the Tigris mint. Dated Panemos SE 275 (June 37 BC). Diademed and draped bust left, wart on forehead, wearing short beard and torque ending in sea-horse or griffin / Phraates seated right on throne, Tyche standing left before him, presenting diadem and holding cornucopia; year below throne, month in exergue.
