KINGS of PARTHIA. Vologases IV. Circa AD 147-191. BI Tetradrachm (27mm, 13.51 g, 12h). Seleukeia on the Tigris mint. Dated Panemos 483 SE (October AD 171/2). Diademed bust left, wearing tiara; B to right / Vologases seated left, receiving wreath from Tyche standing right, holding scepter; year above; month in exergue. Cf. Sellwood 84. 47 (for type); cf. Sunrise 451 (same); cf. Shore 429 (same). Traces of deposits, some porosity, cleaning marks, minor smoothing. VF.
