Laureate and cuirassed bust right, seen from the front, gorgoneion on breastplate / King Lycaon, wearing military dress, standing right, holding scepter, receiving tablet from Apollo, nude, standing left, holding laurel branch; between them, wolf seated left holding human hand; in exergue, altar. SNG BN –; SNG Levante 262. Dark brown surfaces, worn to metal at high points, slight roughness. Good VF. Very rare.
