Varying 8vo or 4to formats, later matching maroon cloth; spines dated in gilt, with red spine labels lettered in gilt; original printed card covers bound in. Fine. The first seventeen years of one of the finest specialty club publications. Martin served as editor of the C4 Newsletter for many years, making this set all the more special. The publication has played an important role in the development of colonial coin collecting in the United States, publishing substantive articles as well as shorter, more casual pieces.
