Signed by all three authors on title page. Roger Siboni's and Syd Martin's bookplates on front pastedown. Fine. One of only five copies produced, and the only copy presented to someone who was not one of the book's authors. The modern standard reference, and the first work to surpass Maris's 1881 classic. In addition to the expected catalogue of die varieties, the work provides an extended discussion of provenance chains, the history of collecting New Jersey coppers, the historical and economic background, and much else.
