St. George and dragon right, date in exergue, B.P. to upper right of exergue, raised WWP on ground line below lance for Master of the Mint William Wellesley Pole, edge milled, 7.96g (Bentley 13; Marsh 6; S.3800). Toned in peripheries with some light bagmarks, good residual lustre, almost extremely fine.

Calendar year mintage 6,356,787.

The Latin legend translates as "George the Fourth by the Grace of God, King of the Britons, Defender of the Faith."
