China Ningpo Commercial Bank, Limited, Shanghai 2 Dollars 22.1.1909 Pick A61Br S/M#S107-2 Remainder PMG About Uncirculated 50 EPQ. Issued near the twilight of the Chinese Empire, this rare banknote is seldom seen today. It is part of the first series of notes issued by this bank, which began operations in 1908. Interestingly, this Remainder is both stamped and hand signed by the bank manager Sung Hung-fu. We have not offered this Ningpo type in four years.
