An infrequently encountered British American Banknote Company printed Specimen that is surprisingly rare and missing from many relevant collections. Interestingly, this example has a printed signature, but is lacking serial number and prefixes completely. Red Specimen overprints are seen on both sides. This scarce piece is tied for the second highest grade of a mere nine examples graded in the PMG Population Report.
