An outstanding example that was supposedly unissued, although this highest denomination type is actually available with a variety of prefixes. However, fully Uncirculated examples are quite rare, as the spending power of 10,000 Dong prevented a banknote such as this from being saved. The color schemes are very pretty on this increasingly popular type.
