Vietnam Foreign Exchange Certificate 5 Dollars ND (1981-84) Pick FX9a PMG About Uncirculated 55. A Forex-strapped Socialist government's attempt to ensure that it had first claim to any hard currency that made its way to Vietnam. Only two denominations were issued, a $1 and $5, even though there have been claims of a $10 and $20 as well, but remain unreported. Peculiarly, a somewhat ironic spelling error is seen on the front of the certificate, it reads "Exchance" instead of "Exchange". There are only 4 graded on the PMG Population Report, and this certificate ranked second highest.
