Choice AU to Uncirculated, with slight toning on upper left border. The face is black on red and m/c with dragons facing out flanking a dragon in middle, The old title "Russo-Chinese Bank" has the "Chinese" Overprinted with "Asiatic", back with facing dragons flanking bank building, S/N A6960, Amazing note with magnificent eye appeal including bright colors, sharp corners and large even margins.
