Laureate head right / [ΣTPATHΓOY MEΓ]AΛ[O]KΛE[OYΣ] around laurel wreath with tie ends fluttering upward. Very rare – only 6 specimens were known to Burrer at the time of his study (all from the BCD Collection).

From the BCD Collection.

As typical for this issue, only a small portion of the reverse legend is visible. It was not until the appearance of BCD Thessaly II 916 that the full legend was able to be reconstructed.
