AYYUBID: al-Nasir Yusuf I (Saladin), 1169-1193, AV dinar (4.22g), Misr, AH573, A-785.1, B-18, with the caliph al-Mustadi, decent strike, bold VF, RR. Undoubtedly struck at Cairo, normally al-qahira on the coins, but very rarely Misr under the Ayyubids, and only on gold. This is the only date recorded by Balog.
