DURRANI: Shahpur Shah, 1842, AR rupee (9.23g), Kabul, AH(12)58, A-3149, clear mint & date, the last issue of the Durranis, pleasing Fine to VF, RR. Shahpur Shah only ruled for about three weeks, but nonetheless claimed the title khusro 'alam-setan, "the world-conquering Caesar ", as on this rupee. It seems he failed!
