Ch.-Pierre de l'Espine, director. Dated 1807 A. VG 499; KM 683. In NGC encapsulation graded UNC DETAILS/Surface Hairlines. Choice toned with beautiful prooflike surfaces. Full multicolored luster. Despite a few hairlines, this fantastic coin will surely find a great home.


Ex Irving Goodman Collection (Superior Stamp & Coin, 2 June 1996), lot 3576; Palace Collections of Egypt (King Farouk – Sotheby's, 24 February 1954), lot 2132 (part of). Irving passed away at 93 years old and was one of Americas all time great collectors.
