In NGC encapsulation graded MS 64 WINGS APPROVED. Wonderful lustrous multicolored patina. Superb eye appeal. The finest we have seen for type. Possibly struck from proof dies. Highest graded for the type and the only one graded for the date.


Purchased from Joe Elliott, October 1969 (an old friend and a long time playboy, as I'm sure he would want to be remembered).
