Calabria, Tarentum (c.400-390 BC), AR Stater, 7.59g, nude Ephebe seated on standing horse right, crowning its head with wreath, below, rev. tapa, Phalanthos astride dolphin left, holding akrostolion, below (Vlasto 355; Hist. Num. 868), some minor pitting on obverse, well centred and attractively toned, about extremely fine.
