Attica, Athens, AR Tetradrachm, c. 434-404 BC, helmeted head of Athena right, rev. ATHE, owl standing right upon branch, head facing, olive branch and crescent moon to upper left, all within shallow incuse square, 17.16g (Kroll 8; HGC 4, 1597), some verdigris, some scratches but otherwise good very fine, struck on lovely silver.
