Rev: CONG I DAT POP, Emperor, bare-headed and togate, seated right on platform; official seated right on another platform, extending congiarium to citizen with small boy behind him; Minerva on left, head left, holding owl and spear and Liberalitas, on right, holding tessera; SC in exergue. About Extremely Fine; lightly smoothed and tooled.
