Isaac Comnenus. Usurper in Cyprus, 1185-1191. Æ Tetarteron (20mm, 3.51 g, 6h). Secondary mint. Struck 1187-circa 1191. Christ Pantokrator enthroned facing / Isaac standing facing, wearing crown and loros, holding cruciform scepter and akakia, being crowned by the Theotokos to right. DOC 10a; CLBC 6.3.6.A SB 1998. Dark green-brown and earthen patina, slight roughness. minor smoothing. Good VF. A very nice obverse strike of Christ for issue.
