61.8 mm. Barac-436; Li-P115; Werlich-235; Vernon-57. Eight-pointed gold rimmed white enamel star on an eight-point faceted silver plaque. Round central medallion with gold enamel flag surrounded by white clouds on a blue background. Two red stars and silver plaque determine class. White ribbon with narrow blue and wide yellow bands at either side. This order was issued to US Army T-3 Fred E. Wimmer for his actions in the China-Burma-India Theater. Includes the bestowal document, his dog tags, two ribbon bars and other WW II related ephemera. With original presentation case. Enamels complete. Overall
