Watch List notes:

CARIA, Stratonicaea. Gordian III. AD 238-244. Æ (39mm, 26.67 g, 12h). Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from the front / Nike standing left, holding wreath and palm frond. RPC VII.1 659A (same obv. die). Brown patina, reverse porosity, flan flaws and scratches, flan crack. Near VF. Extremely rare, only one recorded in RPC, possibly the second known.
