Yunnan. 1/2 Tael ND (1943-44) MS64 NGC, Kann-941, L&M-434, KM-A1.2. Obv. A large "Fu," meaning wealth. Rev. "Genuine Silver 1 Tael," in Chinese and Burmese. Gleaming white luster, with minimally marked surfaces. An exceptional example of this conditionally rare issue. None have been certified finer than this appealing piece, and only three pieces have been certified at this level by NGC. This is the finest we have seen.
