French Colony zinc Pattern Sapeque ND (1887) MS62 NGC, KM-unlisted, Lec-4. Darkly toned as one might expect of a zinc issue with a sharp strike on both sides. According to 2014 edition of Lecompte, 5 examples of this type are known to exist, with four of the five residing inside museum collections. A rare opportunity thus.
