George V Proof Waitangi Crown 1935 PR64 NGC, KM6. A remarkably bright example of this extraordinarily rare one-year type struck during the King's Jubilee year to commemorate the Treaty of Waitangi in 1840. There is a curious looking mark that stretches from the top of the King's mustache downward toward his shoulder and a few light handling marks within the obverse and reverse fields. Regardless, this is an absolutely scarce issue with a mintage of only 468 pieces in proof, making this is an incredibly difficult piece to acquire, especially in such high grade.
