Victoria 5 Cents 1874-H MS64 NGC, Heaton mint, KM10. A long-acknowledged rarity for Straits Settlements, and quite possibly the finest example to come to market, with rich gray patination on the obverse and deeper hues of various color on the reverse. Flashy luster is most evident around Victoria's portrait, while close inspection reveals entirely Gem surfaces throughout. The last example we sold, graded MS63 by NGC, realized $2,990. Given the present examples clear advantage in quality, we expect it to bring at least that.Ex. Spink Auction 160, 10/2002 - Lot 205
