Barred IC - XC, Christ Pantocrator enthroned facing on backless throne, with cruciform nimbus, wearing pallium and colobium, raising right hand in benediction and holding Gospels in lap / Standing full-length figures of John (on left, wearing crown and holors, holding labarum in right hand and akakia in left, and the Virgin Mary, nimbate, wearing pallium and maphorium, reaching up with right hand to bless John; on left in five lines Iω /ΔEC/ΠOT/Tω/Π, MΘ between, ΦV/PO/ΓE/NH/T on right.
