Tortola. 1/4 Dollar (2 Shilling) ND (1805-24), KM17, Prid-9. A 1/4 segment of a Spanish Colonial Charles III 8 Reales countermarked with Tortola type II counterstamp. Base coin good, counterstamp Fine, and a rather choice example at 6.18 grams. Very scarce West Indies countermarked issue.
