Elizabeth II silver Proof 250 Dollars (Kilo) 2009 PR70 Ultra Cameo NGC, KM913. A massive silver kilo struck for the Vancouver Olympics of 2010. The subject matter, "Surviving the Flood," refers to a Squamish story passed down by oral tradition, telling of a time when a great flood threatened the people of the Squamish valley. A man who survived the flood that wiped out his village was helped by a thunderbird who fed and guided him to a wife. They would go on to populate the land and the Squamish would be their descendants. This is an aptly designed coin featuring a mask and fish, with a deep ultra cameo and a perfect grade designation and a mintage of only 815 pieces. ASW 31.9400 oz.
