Anna Poltina (1/2 Rouble) 1736 Fine Details (Repaired) NGC, Kadashevsky mint, Bitkin-163. Very nice initial appearance, but close examination reveals numerous scrapes and scratches. It is hard to determine exactly what has been repaired, or if the surfaces have just been tooled and scratched.
