CHINA:LOT of 3 religious amulets, medium to large sizes, with some scarce types, great mix of auspicious and religious themes, likely produced in the late Qing dynasty and early Min Guo (Republican) era circa 1880-1930, average circulated quality, retail value $250, lot of 3 items, ex Thomas Olive Mabbott Collection. Mabbott was an American professor, and researcher of literature -- most famously his study of Edgar Allan Poe, and numismatist (he collected everything from Ancients to Mining tokens). A lot of the material in his collection was probably put together from the 1920's-1930's.
